Central to town and reasonably priced

Central location to town. Reasonably priced compared to other accommodations.

Brown outs meant no air con so it got hot. No hot water in the showers. During the day they have building going on around the room so too noisy to be inside during working hours. Very close to a night club and noisy till early hours at night. No windows to the outside so feels stuffy with no fresh air.

Location. Our room had the most beautiful view of the beach.

Shower. It was too low. It doesn't work for tall people. Water heater didn't work, so we took cold showers using the bucket. We were provided with curtains that served as blankets. They have dogs and cats. When we came in, the reception smelled like cat poop. The resto bar next door was loud. We couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Nice view to the beach on the terass. Close to many restaurants.

Frendly personal but look aoround by yourself for your activities. The rooms with the balcony to the beach must be very nice.

The Room booked had now window.

Super cheap, perfect location, friendly staff - hygiene failure

The location is Godsend. Staff and customer service respond immediately. It's cheaper than any accommodation you can find in the vicinity.

As a guest, I believe that cleanliness is of utmost importance in any accommodation establishment. Sadly, it failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The presence of a dead rat in the hallway was not only repulsive but also posed serious health and safety risks.

Location, that was about it, has potential but needs a good face-lift to make it worth staying

We didn't have water in our shower or toilet. Aircon was good but sounded like a jet plain. Beds are not so comfy, staff not so inviting or helpful. Serves a purpose of a bed to sleep in but no more.

The room was small, just about fit a small double and small table. The aircon wasn’t great and there was nowhere to put suit case or unpack anything. Very hard and thin mattress but pillow was lovely. View was great right onto the beach although partially blocked by a tree hanging over balcony. Very tired hotel and room and bare

Location is supreb. facilities wise its good value for money. I asked to leave a day early and day obliged in a minute refunding me fully - very unusual in the philippines. More than recommended!

Location was very convenient for me and my friends as we love to just head out at night for a walk and bar hopping.

There was to many pets and some part of the place smell like cat poo. Otherwise I wouldn't mind going back to the place.
